Psilocyborg
Bold Claim [Normal Spell] Declare 1 card type (Monster, Spell, or Trap). Your opponent excavates the top cards from their Deck until the excavate a card with that card Type, then, if they excavate a card with the declared card type your opponent adds it to their hand, also banish the remaining excavated cards, face-down. If not, inflict 100 damage for each excavated card to your opponent, then shuffle the excavated cards into their Deck. You can only activate 1 "Bold Claim" per turn. Rayfield Lumina
@PsilocyborgOpposed to your impeccable grammar, this one has a couple of details: Declare 1 type of card (Monster, Spell, or Trap); your opponent excavates the top cards of their Deck until they excavate a card with the declared type of card... I have a problem with the "If yes" scenario. In general, I believe the effect is terrifying as hell. It all depends, sure, a pretty circumstantial effect. The thing is, I can't help but think of those decks which run a very few number of Traps (in some cases, 3 Royal Decree). So you declare TRAP and the opponent possibly proceeds to banish face-down half of their Deck (or perhaps no card at all, I know). I just feel this card is naughty, but I can't say it's completely unrealistic, and at the end of the day, your opponent (most probably) will add a card to the hand. This card seems the most effective in the Side Deck, since certain Decks can receive quite a hit with it.
