This card has to be all powerful, but you have to make it balanced and have good OCG. By balanced, I mean that the payment is right, but it's still worth playing. Here's what I'm rating you on: OCGBalancePicture (It has to look divine and all-powerful)Overall goodnessPower Here's the extra info: 1st place: 2 reps2nd place: 1 rep3rd place: 20 points Ends May 12. 1 card per person (with the exception of special cards needed to summon it) Good luck! Huntar! Posted May 9, 2008 Report Share Posted May 9, 2008 I made this today. Hope you like it. This card cannot be Normal Summoned. This card can only be Special Summoned by tributing 5 monsters you control. This card cannot declare an attack if your opponent controls no monsters. Each time a WATER monster is destroyed, increase the ATK of this card by 400. This card can attack all monsters your opponent controls once. When this is targeted by the effect of a Spell Card, you can pay 2500 Life Points to negate the attack and place this card in Defense Position. When this card is summoned Place 1 "Combat counter" on this card for each monster tributed. During each of your standby phases remove one "combat counter" from this card. once per turn you canremove one combat counter from this card to destroy all monsters on your opponents side of the field, if you do, this card canot attack directly during this turn. When this card battles with a defence position monster inflict damage to your opponent equal to twice the differnece between that monsters deffence and this monstrs attack. Each turn this card is on your side of the field during the end phase, you take damage equal to half your current life points.ATK/4000 DEF/3450 Note:Combination with Prime matirial dragon increas your LP by half each and every turn, also bronze knights for easy summon. When this card attacks, all Monster Effects, Spells, and Traps are negated. This card gains 300 ATK and DEF for every card destroyed. If this card is destroyed, play it in the Spell & Trap card section. If this card is in the Spell & Trap card zone, all monsters on your side are unaffectedby Spell, Traps, & Monster Effects. This card is not affected by your opponent's Trap Cards. When this card destroys an opponent's monster inflict 500 damage to your opponent's Life Points. Once per turn, by discarding your entire hand, destroy all of your opponent's face-up monsters. This card cannot declare an attack if you use this effect this turn. When this card is sent to the Graveyard you can special summon this card in Attack Position by removing 3 Dragon-Type monster in your graveyard from play. Trap card needed to summon this card EFFECT: This card can only be activated during your opponent's Main Phase. Then you have to keep it alive. If not, you're basically back to square 1. The other Keepers are needed to summon The Divine Keeper (Simurgh has a support card that i made but i decided not to add cause it says that one card per person and other cards to summon it. if you ,burmysRUS (is that how u spell it) want me to tell me. hope u like them:DEffect: This card cannot be Special Summoned. If "Swords of Release" is on your side of the field, you can Summon "Simurgh Phoenix of Destruction" on your side of the field. Effect: This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set except by Tributing or discarding 3 DARK monsters while "Swords of Release" and "The Divine Keeper" is on your side of the field. his cards ATK and DEF points are equal to the number of "Keepers" on your Graveyard x 700. When this card is Summoned destroy all the cards on your opponent's side of the field. The ATK and DEF of this card becomes the sum of the respective ATK and DEF values of the Tributes. When this card is Special Summoned, it is sent to the Graveyard during the End Phase. While this card is face-up on the field, it cannot be targeted by Spells, Traps, or Monsters that designate a target. When this card is successfully Special Summoned, you may activate one of the following effects: Pay 1000 Life Points to destroy one monster on the Field and remove it from the game. Pay all but 1 Life Points, and increase ATK and DEF by the amount of Life Points paid. When this card is summoned, halve the ATK and DEF of all monsters on the field except this card.
