(Transfer its Xyz Materials to this card.) Gains ATK equal to the combined Rank of all Xyz monsters on the field x 100. You can only use the following effects of Number S62: Galaxy-Eyes Primal Star Dragon" once per turn.
* (Quick Effect): You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; Negate the effects of all other face-up cards on the field until the End Phase this turn.

So Primal Star Dragon acts as a upgrade to Prime Photon where it base ATK from its effect becomes 6200 and can nullify all other effects on the field by detaching material. In addition if this card does end up getting destroyed it brings back the OG Number 62 whith 2 Galaxy-Eyes attached to it. Still this powerful card is ballanced by the fact that you need Prime Photon on the field while your LP are 4000 or less.
