Must first be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by sending 1 Tuner or Synchro monster you control to the the GY. You can only Special Summon "Universal Synchron" this way once per turn. For a Synchro Summon, you can substitute this card for any "Synchron" Tuner. If a Synchro monster that specifically list "Synchron" in its text would be destroyed by battle or card effect, banish this card from your GY instead.
