If the turn count is even, draw 1 card.  Otherwise, your opponent draws 1 card.

A costless draw card that lacks a OPT, but only really usable if you are using a going-second strategy in a format where pretty much every deck wants to go first.

I guess it's also usable if you actively want your opponent to draw a card for some reason in certain casual strategies (*cough cough* Generaider).

So it is mandatory without an OPT, yet doesn't specify if it is triggered off the turn count tick? From how it is worded, the effect like seems like it is continuous on the turn because the turn is still even or otherwise. What is stopping it from drawing until the turn player has no cards in Deck? Don't get me wrong, bro, it is like a cool idea to work around the turn count thing. But, I feel like your intent might not like match the wording. Also, when you do a mandatory effect you always start with "When" not "If".

" When the turn count becomes even: Draw 1 card. Otherwise: Your opponent draws 1 card."

Other, than that pretty rad card. It also pairs well with like the infamous "Appropriate" decks despite all the advantage it like gives your opponent.

Thanks for the look-through!

When I put "Spell", I usually just mean Normal Spell, so the effect should just resolve once. One player gets one draw then it goes to the GY.

I think I see your confusion, so I made a little text fix, but I'm not 100% sure I follow.

To make sure we're on the same page though, this was my idea for the card: If your opponent starts the duel, all your turns will be considered "even" turns (opp has turn 1, you have turn 2, etc.). But if you start the Duel, all your turns are considered "odd" turns. Basically, the card's effect changes based on the pre-duel coin toss/die roll.
