This card cannot be used as Material for a Xyz and Link Summon.

So this card acts as an additional Quickdraw to the Deck where it can summon itself if you control no monsters, sub itself for any Synchron for a Synchro Summon where it can also modify the Level of a Warrior or Machine to make any Synchro Monster you want while preventing itself from being used as Xyz or Link Material.
