You can target WATER monster(s) in your GY whose total Levels exactly equal 8: Tribute this card; Special Summon those targets.  If 2 or more WATER monsters are sent to your GY at the same time while this card is in the GY: You can Special Summon this card, but banish it when it leaves the field.  You can only use 1 effect of "The Ferrous Sea King" per turn, and only once that turn.

Retrain of the old Normal monster "The Furious Sea King".  Really powerful set of effects that mimics the Rescue monsters but out of the GY instead of the Deck.  Half-meant to help support the Xyz Fish strategy, but also really solid for link climbing.  Can work with the Scrap/Needlefiber strategy if you've got other WATER extenders.

I will admit, with the right deck, this is probably Block Dragon levels of strong so I won't argue if peeps say it's too broken XD

The return effect is pretty strong

Sent from any where to the GY. (Certain rank 4 water XYZ can detach 2 xyz materials which means you get this guy back from the graveyard for free.)

 

You can swap this level 3 (what will most likely 2 level 4 fish monsters) 

Or you can get 1 level 8 fish or,  several level 2 or less (as long thry exactly level 8.)

Pretty strong effect itself on top of the GY recursion 

 

then it ALSO special summon itself

I did mean to take out that Special Summon from hand effect (I was initially gonna make it a "Umi" support card).  *removed*

But seriously, this card is wonderful! No, really, I get excited with the idea of this card actually being real, I have to mention it because that desire is pretty strong and this doesn't happen all that often. The reason is simple, but wasn't mentioned up there: Atlanteans. I'm talking mostly of the disdained Pure Atlanteans, although I think it'd see a lot of light in a Mermail/Atlantean or any variation of Froggy decks. But I get to drool with this because you get to Summon tons of stuff: Neptabyss, Deep Sea Diva, Marksman and Heavy Infantry. 2 Dragoons. Poseidra + Neptabyss... heck even Tatsunoko-chan xD. Then you can easily summon this critter from the GY by Poseidra and Legendary Atlantean Tridon's effects, and then Xyz Summon Nightmare Shark, Black Ray Lancer and so to avoid banishment. There's just one tiny thing that prevents this card from being absolutely perfect (and even more OP): It's Machine. The original is Aqua, but if this could be Sea-Serpent... Diva and this card would have such a party...

Anyway, Tythe, you outdid it this time, man, I want 6 copies of this card in my deck right now!!!
