* If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower non-Tuner LIGHT or DARK Dragon monster from your hand, Deck or GY, also for the rest of the turn you cannot Special Summon monsters from your Extra Deck except Dragon Synchro monsters.
* While this card is in your GY:  You can banish 1 Light Dragon monster and 1 Dark Dragon monster except "Light and Darkness Wyvern" from your GY; Special Summon 1 "Light and Darkness Dragon" from your hand, Deck or GY ignoring its summoning conditions, and if you do double the summoned monsters original ATK and DEF.

So this card is designed to work with the End Synchro Dragons as well as Light and Darkness Dragon where this card is a Tuner that can bring out a Light or dark dragon monster from anywhere but locks you into Synchro Summon where this card limits it further since it can only be used for Light and Dark dragon synchros. In addition this card while in grave lets you banish 1 Light and Dark Dragon excluding itself to bring Light and Darkness Dragon to the field with its stats doubled making Light and Darkness Dragon a genuine threat which if destroyed can just bring Light and Darkness Wyvern back.
