Holy crap, the madlads actually did it. They designed this set to fit all my aesthetics.

I should have expected we'd get this before, say, an upgrade to Gagagigo the Risen. These aren't necessarily impressive my any means, but I love what they represent, if nothing else.

The effect in itself is pretty costly for my tastes, but well, I've seen worse. And the final one makes up for it a little. Fortunately, it doesn't need to leave the field by an opponent's action, so no passive Gagagigo. Probably the one thing that made me say hummm.... was the fact that its ATK is pretty low, but more than that... it's no 2050 or something.

The archetype seems to be fighting over what to make. You get 2 monsters, what do you get? Familiar Possessed? Link Charmer? or Awakened Possessed?
I guess the alt art Familiar Possessed ones are pure collection value because as just pierce effects, they are the weakest bit (although DARK and LIGHT ones are a bit nicer). The Link girls to me seem pretty good even after getting into MR5, with the most flexible materials, always accessible, Charmer/Familiar-Possessed support, extend a little bit, and generic search float.... it's too bad those are Links though (lack of DEF and Level to be compatible by).

These are turning up pretty good with this disruption. Better than the EARTH one at least as that one is just an extender for more combo shenanigans (which can be arguably better but I like my themes to not just be fodder). Needed to be Quick-Effect-like Summons and we'd be talking.... that or "destroy" instead of "send to the GY" so the 1500 ATK variants of these could trigger off of these... or you know... both xD [/would be nice]

Gigobyte seems to have gone a little weaker after parting ways with Eria (down to an effect-less 1850), and it goes down a path of endless suffering in old Yugioh lore from there. Wanna see the duo back again once he becomes Gagagigo the Risen and seeing how the power boost works out hahaha.
