As the title suggests, cute card is cute

When your opponent Special Summons a monster(s): You can Special Summon this card from your hand. If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: Both players can Special Summon 1 monster from their hand. You can only use each effect of "Pop-Up Fiend" once per turn.

 

Triggered Summon is a Trap from GY, which was never played, but in the anime was used by Jesse Anderson. It has this card's both players SS effect for level 4 or lowers, and was used to show Jesse Anderson's play philosophy, where he didn't want to destroy his opponents cards so he could learn their strategies.

So, now its a hand trap that SSs itself and a tuner, and can SS monsters of any level rather than level 4 or lower.

Definitely cute artwork, alright! I haven't watched Kimetsu no Yaiba, but this girl has a "Ghost Girl" vibe to it, so I'd rather it have a negation effect like them, but this one also works. Now... the additional Special Summoning seems incredibly dangerous. Definitely, you want to bring this girl to the party when it's your turn and your opponent SS somehow, otherwise you'll opponent will have a lot of fun Special Summoning to extend their plays and probably find a method to destroy this card and your SS'd monster. But in resume, I believe this card has one hell of a potential if used properly (I'm thinking of Synchros that can be made during the opponent's turn, like Synchrons, Yang ZIng and Crystron). I like it.

I don't like hand traps that mess with the opponent too much, especially ones that just straight negate out of nowhere, whereas this card is meant to make the game more fun for both players. Mostly just a personal preference, but also the DPR format only has 1 generic negate, and its a trap thats column based.

She can shrink and grow and whatnot, and has the gag since she's been transformed into a demon, which is similar to how we would normally think zombies operate but with a weakness to sunlight like vampires, so during the day she kinda just hides in the backpack which she shrinks to fit in.

That's neat. But still not sure I'm comfortable with the "gagged girl in a box" thing.
