Therealnoobmaster2001
The summoning requirements for this card isn't generic, although its more than likely going to be run in WATER decks so getting it out shouldn't be an issue. Life point gaining is one of the more meh effects in the game, although having it is never a bad thing. 7 Colored Rainbow Fish's first effect is pretty decent, allowing you to summon a potentially pretty big beater or another monster that could be used to help swarm the field, Synchro summon, fusion summon etc the restriction about not being able to attack seems decently balanced considering you could potentially pull out a heavy attack point monster easy enough. You could even summon the monster you just discarded which is a good effect. The second effect is a pretty decent floating effect that allows you to inflict some burn damage and considering 7 Colored Rainbow Fish's first effect the chances you'll have a good amount of monsters on your board is quite likely. So you can definitely get a decent amount of burn damage. 2700 ATK, 1700 DEF on a level 7 Synchro isn't bad. It should be easy enough to make with cards like Deep Sea Diva being a good option for a tuner. Its quite nice. Both the card's lore (being a Synchro and upgraded version of 7 Colored Fish) and the card itself. It would definitely be a nice edition to a lot of Fish, Aqua and Sea Serpent decks. 8/10.
