So Power Launcher is a Rank 1 Xyz monster that gains 1000 ATK and DEF for each material attached to it and can either deal damage or destroy a monster whose ATK is equal or less than this cards ATK. Ideally this is great support in Draitron with all of their Level 1 monsters where with minimum of 2 this card would be on 2500 ATK and DEF where it can either inflict 1500 damage or destroy monster with 1500 or less ATK.
