Must be Fusion Summoned. While face-up on the field and in your GY, this card is also DARK Attribute. Cannot be targeted or destroyed by your opponents card effects. You can only use the following effects of "Elemental HERO Ω Neos" once per turn, also your opponent cannot activate cards or effects in response to these effects.
* You can pay half your LP; destroy all cards on your opponents side of the field, then inflict damage to your opponent equal to the number of cards destroyed by this effect x 500, also this card cannot attack during the Battle Phase this turn.
* If your opponent activates a card or effect (Quick Effect): You can negate that cards effects and destroy it, and if you do, inflict 1000 points of damage to your opponent.
* If this card leaves the field: You can Special Summon 1 Fusion monster that list "Elemental HERO Neos" as a Fusion Material thats banished or in your GY ignoring its summoning conditions.

So Ω Neos is meant to a Omnimon based inspiration where its 2 effects based on its design would have a Blue-Eyes White Dragon Cannon for destroy all cards on your opponents field and a Red-Eyes Black Dragon Sword to negate card effects and dish out damage hence why Elemental HERO Ω Neos needs a LIGHT and DARK monster that have 2000 or more ATK.
