answering the @Godbrand challenge (kinda) its the deck that deck-out both player as its win conditions

 

Entomanium Recon

If this card is Summoned or flipped face-up: You can either add 1 "Entomanium" card from Deck or GY to your hand OR Shuffle the top 2 cards from your Deck to your opponent Deck face-up. You can only use this effect of "Entomanium Recon" once per turn. If you would add this face-up card from your Deck to your hand: send this card and top 3 cards from your Deck to the GY, instead. While this card in your GY and it was sent there either from the opponent Deck or by the effect of "Entomanium Maharaja": "Entomanium" monster you control cannot be destroyed by battle also if you have no cards in your Deck, reduce all the Battle Damage to 0

You can only use this effect of "Entomanium Hatchling" once per turn. If you would add this face-up card from your Deck to your hand: send this card and top 5 cards from your Deck to the GY, instead. During the End Phase while this card in your GY and it was sent there either from the opponent Deck or by the effect of "Entomanium Maharaja": Send the top card from your Deck to GY

When your opponent would win the Duel by the condition written on card(s) in his/her possession other than "Entomanium Maharaja" while you have no cards in your Deck, you win the Duel, instead. During your Main Phase, You can send card(s) 1 each from the top of your deck and from your hand including a "Entomanium" card.
