Eclipse Sun/Moon Archetype [Written]

The Eclipse archetype is a custom archetype comprised of two types of monsters. "Eclipse Sun" monsters which are LIGHT monsters that support DARK monsters and "Eclipse Moon" monsters which are DARK monsters that support LIGHT monsters.

Eclipse Sun Monsters:

Eclipse Sun Ninja:

Level 1 LIGHT

Warrior/Effect

When this card is normal summoned, you may special summon one DARK monster with 400 ATK/DEF from your deck or hand and if you do you can not special summon from the extra deck for the rest of the turn. DARK monsters you control gain 100 ATK/DEF and can not be affected by the effects of your opponent's trap cards. If a DARK monster would be destroyed or targeted by a trap card, you may special summon this monster (Quick Effect) but if you do it is destroyed at the end of the turn.

Eclipse Sun Mage:

Level 2 LIGHT

Spellcaster/Effect

When this card is normal summoned, you may special summon one DARK monster with 800 ATK/DEF from your deck or hand and if you do you can not special summon from the extra deck for the rest of the turn. DARK monsters you control gain 200 ATK/DEF and can not be affected by the effects of your opponent's spell cards.

Eclipse Sun Guard:

Level 3 LIGHT

Warrior/Tuner/Effect

When this card is normal summoned, you may special summon one DARK monster with 1200 ATK/DEF from your deck or hand and if you do you can not special summon from the extra deck for the rest of the turn. DARK monsters you control gain 300 ATK/DEF and can not be affected by the effects of your opponent's monster cards.

Eclipse Sun Knight:

Level 4 LIGHT

Warrior/Effect

When this card is normal summoned, you may special summon one DARK monster with 1600 ATK/DEF from your deck or hand and if you do you can not special summon from the extra deck for the rest of the turn. DARK monsters you control gain 400 ATK/DEF and can not be destroyed by battle.

Eclipse Sun Champion:

Level 5 LIGHT

Fairy/Effect

When this card is normal summoned, you may special summon one DARK monster with 2000 ATK/DEF from your deck or hand and if you do you can not special summon from the extra deck for the rest of the turn. DARK monsters you control gain 500 ATK/DEF. If this card was tribute summoned using only DARK monsters, you may banish 1 face down card on the field.

Eclipse Sun Lord:

Level 6 LIGHT

Fairy/Effect

When this card is normal summoned, you may special summon one DARK monster with 2400 ATK/DEF from your deck or hand and if you do you can not special summon from the extra deck for the rest of the turn. DARK monsters you control gain 600 ATK/DEF. If this card was tribute summoned using only DARK monsters, you may draw 1 card.

Eclipse Sun Dragon:

Level 7 LIGHT

Dragon/Effect

When this card is normal summoned, you may special summon one DARK monster with 2800 ATK/DEF from your deck or hand and if you do you can not special summon from the extra deck for the rest of the turn. DARK monsters you control gain 700 ATK/DEF. If this card was tribute summoned using only DARK monsters, destroy all spell/traps your opponent controls.

Eclipse Moon Ninja:

Level 1 Dark

Warrior/Effect

When this card is normal summoned, you may special summon one LIGHT monster with 400 ATK/DEF from your deck or hand and if you do you can not special summon from the extra deck for the rest of the turn. Light monsters you control gain 100 ATK/DEF and can not be affected by the effects of your opponent's trap cards. If a Light monster would be destroyed or targeted by a trap card, you may special summon this monster (Quick Effect) but if you do it is destroyed at the end of the turn.

Eclipse Moon Mage:

Level 2 DARK

When this card is normal summoned, you may special summon one Light monster with 800 ATK/DEF from your deck or hand and if you do you can not special summon from the extra deck for the rest of the turn. LIGHT monsters you control gain 200 ATK/DEF and can not be affected by the effects of your opponent's spell cards.

Eclipse Moon Guard:

Level 3 DARK

Warrior/Tuner/Effect

When this card is normal summoned, you may special summon one LIGHT monster with 1200 ATK/DEF from your deck or hand and if you do you can not special summon from the extra deck for the rest of the turn. LIGHT monsters you control gain 300 ATK/DEF and can not be affected by the effects of your opponent's monster cards.

Eclipse Moon Knight:

Level 4 DARK

Warrior/Effect

When this card is normal summoned, you may special summon one LIGHT monster with 1600 ATK/DEF from your deck or hand and if you do you can not special summon from the extra deck for the rest of the turn. LIGHT monsters you control gain 400 ATK/DEF and can not be destroyed by battle.

Eclipse Moon Champion:

Level 5 DARK

Fiend/Effect

When this card is normal summoned, you may special summon one LIGHT monster with 2000 ATK/DEF from your deck or hand and if you do you can not special summon from the extra deck for the rest of the turn. LIGHT monsters you control gain 500 ATK/DEF. If this card was tribute summoned using only LIGHT monsters, you may banish 1 face-up card on the field.

Eclipse Moon Lord:

Level 6 DARK

Fairy/Effect

When this card is normal summoned, you may special summon one LIGHT monster with 2400 ATK/DEF from your deck or hand and if you do you can not special summon from the extra deck for the rest of the turn. LIGHT monsters you control gain 600 ATK/DEF. If this card was tribute summoned using only LIGHT monsters, select one card randomly from your opponent's hand and banish it.

Eclipse Moon Dragon:

Level 7 DARK

Dragon/Effect

When this card is normal summoned, you may special summon one LIGHT monster with 2800 ATK/DEF from your deck or hand and if you do you can not special summon from the extra deck for the rest of the turn. LIGHT monsters you control gain 700 ATK/DEF. If this card was tribute summoned using only LIGHT monsters, send all monsters your opponents controls to the GY.

Palace of Eternal Twilight:

Field Spell

All LIGHT monsters you control gain the following effect: "This card is always treated as a DARK monster in addition to it's other attributes." All DARK monsters you control gain the following effect: "This card is always treated as a LIGHT monster in addition to it's other attributes."

 

Eclipse Sun Sword:

Equip Spell

Equip only to a LIGHT monster. Equipped monster gains 500 ATK and the following effect: "So long as you control at least 1 DARK monster, this card can attack directly."

 

Eclipse Moon Shield:

Equip Spell

Equip only to a DARK monster. Equipped monster gains 500 DEF and the following effect: "So long as you control 1 LIGHT monster, if this card would be destroyed or targeted, you may send this card to the GY instead."

 

Radiance Hiding Shadows:

Normal Spell:

Can only be activated while you control a LIGHT monster. Special Summon 1 DARK monster from your hand.

 

Shadows Hiding Radiance:

Normal Spell:

Can only be activated while you control a DARK monster. Special Summon 1 LIGHT monster from your hand.

 

Chaos Eclipse Draw:

Normal Spell:

Banish 1 LIGHT and 1 DARK monster from your hand and if you do, draw three cards.

 

Eclipse Sun Prayer:

 Continous Spell

When an "Eclipse Moon" monster you control would leave the field by an effect, you may banish 1 LIGHT monster from your GY; negate the effect.

 

Eclipse Moon Hymn:

 Continous Spell

When an "Eclipse Sun" monster you control would leave the field by an effect, you may banish 1 DARK monster from your GY; negate the effect.

 

Chaos Eclipse:

Trap Card

When an "Eclipse Sun" or "Eclipse Moon" monster you control would be targeted for an attack or a card effect you may special summon one LIGHT or DARK monster from your GY with a different attribute to the targeted monster and if you do, switch the attack or effect target to the special summoned monster.

Level 7 LIGHT

Synchro/Beast-Warrior/Effect:

1 LIGHT Tuner + 1 or more DARK Non-Tuners

DARK monsters you control can not targeted or destroyed by effect while you control this card. When this card does damage and you control at least 1 DARK monster, draw 1 card. Once per turn you may target one DARK monster on the field; equip it to this card. This card gains ATK/DEF equal to the equipped monster's.

Eclipse Moon Titan:

Level 7 DARK

Synchro/Beast-Warrior/Effect:

1 DARKTuner + 1 or more LIGHT Non-Tuners

LIGHT monsters you control can not targeted or destroyed by effect while you control this card. When this card does damage and you control at least 1 LIGHT monster, your opponent must randomly discard one card from their hand. Once per turn you may target one LIGHT monster on the field; equip it to this card. This card gains ATK/DEF equal to the equipped monster's.

Chaos Eclipse Knight

Rank 4 LIGHT

XYZ/Warrior/Effect:

While face-up on the field, this card is also a DARK monster. This card gains 400 ATK for each DARK "Eclipse" monster you control. This card can attack an additional for each LIGHT "Eclipse" monster you control.

Divine Eclipse Dragon:

Level 8 DARK

Fusion/Dragon/Effect:

1 Level 7 or higher LIGHT Monster + 1 Level 7 or higher DARK monster

This card can also be summoned by sending to the GY one "Eclipse Sun Dragon" and one "Eclipse Moon Dragon" from the field or your hand (This is still treated as a fusion summon). While face-up on the field, this card is also a LIGHT monster. Once per turn, when a monster would be summoned or a monster effect would be activated, you may banish 1 LIGHT monster from your GY to negate it. Once per turn, when a spell or trap effect would be activated, you may banish 1 DARK monster from your GY to negate it. You may return 5 LIGHT and 5 DARK monsters from your banished zone to your deck and if you do, then draw 2 cards.
