Negate the effects of all face-up monsters your opponent controls. You can only use the following effects of "Destiny HERO - Plasma Dragoon" once per turn. * You can target 1 monster your opponent controls; equip that target to this card. * You can discard 1 "Destiny HERO" monster from your hand or destroy 1 card equipped to this card; inflict damage to your opponent equal to that cards ATK, also, this card cannot attack during the Battle Phase this turn. * If this card would be destroyed by battle or by an opponents card effect, you can destroy 1 card equipped to this card instead.
