They race. The crewman takes an early lead but in 4 minutes' date=' Ethan managed to catch up. However the crewman had attracted attention. They turn on Intetstate 5 where Ethan is still in the league while the crewman is right behind. Then...[img']http://i244.photobucket.com/albums/gg19/hunter994x/police-car-animated.gif[/img]

Ethan thinks he's done but the crewman is stupid and fires at the cop who returns fire. Ethan speeds up and wins. However Kengi is gone

Bio:Max is know as the Silver Line he has caught more gang members than any one on the force,but in order to catch them he had to break the law a couple of times,he can easily blend into any gang.Because of his skills the FBI is wanting to consider if he could help them with their top 10 wanted criminals,also Max has lost a father to one of the gangs so now he is trying to find out what gang is responsible for is father's death

"Yes, of course I know Jewels. Pretty much everyone on the streets knows that me and Jewels are going together. And also, that me and Susan used to go together. And you know my gang, Corruption, of Carbon City. And if you know how to get close to Razor, then you can prove pretty useful to me. But that's where you fail, Jewels can get me closer to Razor better than anyone else in the world. She is, as a matter of speaking, her brother." Sario lied. But he lied so convincingly that Earl believed every word of it. It was the same lie that he even told the FBI one day, after he had made his usual routine at the docks for the shipment. They had threatened him to give them the where abouts of Jewels, but he said "You think the Captain would betray Razor's Sister, my own Girlfriend like that? Then think again, because you can't even scratch my car." He had written down on a note by the docks for th FBI to read. he knew they had gotten the message when his position on the Blacklist moved all the way to 3rd. Finally surpassing Susan.

Max was at his desk when his boss approached him and laid down a bunch of paper's

"What are those,unpaid parking tickets"Max asked in a sarcastic tone

"No actually it's the unfinished paperwork,look i know that you are the best guy i got but even the best guys have to do paperwork,after your done you can go home".

"I will do it when i have the time,right now i have a meeting with someone".

And as Max said that he walked out of the police station and jumped into his Ford Mustang and he drove off to the docks.

Sario stood up. "Alright, what ever. I'll work with you. But what I need to worry more about, is getting my partner out of that hospital, and over here safely. I heard that the FBI is going to take him in when he get's discharged, so, in order for me to trust you, you need to get my partner out of there. And fast. Also, give this, to a contact of mine you'll be meeting at the docks, he's gonna take it to someone in the downtown district. You don't need to know who it is." He said, handing Earl a pink envelope. "So, don't ask questions about it. Now, you'll be meeting the contact here." He said indicating a warehouse near the docks. "Also, another thing I want you to do, and this'll gain my full trust. Tonight, after you have delivered the pink envelope, there's gonna be 2 othr people meeting at the docks. One of them is an undercover cop. But we don't know which one. So, what I want you to do, is hide low, and eavs-drop on their conversation, get as much intel as you can on both characters. You got it? Now go." He finished and Earl went out the door, and Jewels walked in. "Hey, what's up?"

"Just wondering what you were doing just now."

"Shipment supplies stuff, there's another delivery tonight, and I'm sending that person to retrieve the supplies."

"Oh, okay." And hse walked over to the couch right beside him, and laid down, looking up at him. He bent low to her, in his chair, and kissed her.

Max was at the docks he was looking at his watch the guy he was supposed to meet should have been here 20 minutes ago,just as he was about to leave he heard someone call his name,"Max Pulse",Max turned around and saw a female"Yes and you are"?

"Nice to meet you my name is Alexandra Sintachi i am a FBI agent and i have called you here because,well the FBI needs your help,we want you to go with two of our agents and help them arrest a man named Razor.Do this for us and we will let you in the FBI."

"Ok where will i find this Razor."

"We will send you everything you need to know on your e-mail,that's all goodbye for now."As she said that she left and Max got to his car and drove back home

OOC: Earl has never got in trobule with FBI so I'm going to make it Razor

 

Max learned that Razor was wanted for numerous killings including the killing of 2 cops and a FBI agent. He's also a explosive expert and is always armed

After a while. Earl called

Earl: It's me. I got info. The cop will be wearing a black leather jacket, black pants, black shoes and a white shirt. He has brown hair and will be armed. As for the other guy, All I know he's a dealer but he'll be a hispanic male with black hair, Laker jersey, and blue jeans and blue shoes. I'm on my way to the hospital right now. Then I'll head to the contact

After a while, Earl called again.

Earl: That guy in the hospital was out before the FBI came. One of my gang members is driving him there. I've given the thing you gave me to the contact found out more info about Razor
