Lvl 7|DARK|Dragon|Effect

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) by banishing 3 LIGHT and/or DARK monsters from your fied or GY. (Quick Effect): You can shuffle 1 LIGHT or DARK monster that is banished or in you GY into the Deck; destroy 1 card on the field, and if you do, banish it face-down. You can only use this effect of "Chaos Armed Dragon" once per turn.

ATK/2800  DEF/1000

A bit too flexible for my liking. It doesn't encourage Chaos builds as much as its name implies. I would take a different approach, personally: DAD is notorious for its lack of hard OPT and ability to pop at least 3 cards the turn its Summoned by its own condition. Likewise, I would rather remove the hard OPT and allow it to pop multiples as long as materials are provided, but in turn would make it more conditional to Summon or use its effect. For instance, shuffling 1 DARK and 1 LIGHT from GY and/or among your banished cards for a card pop.

Removing the Hard OPT would mean balancing the the pop effect since this time is a quick effect. I dont think a non (even soft) OPT pop is fair given how easy is to Summon, I could give it the Levianner condition of 3 monsters and maybe buffing its effect in another way.

Yeah, something like that. If you want to preserve DAD's concept, that is. I'm thinking something like 3 DARK and/or LIGHTs, (min. 1 of each), and no hard OPT but no Quick Effect either. Thing is, the effect is fine and all, it just doesn't feel DAD-like, IMO. I would expect an effect like this on a Chaos Diabolos for instance, but topdecking or bottomdecking the targeted card instead.
And even then, it's still way too flexible. 2 DARKs and/or LIGHTs, and Quick effect face-down banish requiring only 1 "materials", and from 2 locations (GY and banished cards) is just too easy, IMO.
