The Dark One
It slows DAD down a bit. Still, you're right, it doesn't make much of a difference.
pizzaman
Hey, at least UDE listens to users.I've phoned Konami in the past, and when you voice your opinion on the ban list, all they say is "thank you for your input, we'll take it into consideration." It'll be funny if someone buys UDE stocks because of this change.
J-Max
As a player that has experienced DAD OTK at least 3 times in a row, this is indeed a step in the right direction. The power of DAD si off the charts. I set up a pretty good Burn Defence and it crumbles to DAD. I then switch to my Normal Beatdown Deck, Again totally destroyed. In a last ditch attempt I try Hand Destruction. That's just makes food for DAD.
God GAK
much better now. with d-fusion at 0 and return at 1 DAD return is a lot worse now. but i don;t think that 2 allures touch it very much. not many people have 3 allures
Cyber Altair
much better now. with d-fusion at 0 and return at 1 DAD return is a lot worse now. but i don;t think that 2 allures touch it very much. not many people have 3 allures well DAD return was fast but because DF is now banned and return is limited it makes it much more slower and this meta is about speed. Also a decent DAD deck has 3 DAD's and 3 Allure's.
The Dark One
DAD will still be able to reliably reach Return with 3 Cat of Ill Omen, it will just take a bit longer.
J-Max
I really hope that's the case. I have a really tasty CureBurn Deck but I can't seem to utilize it propally against DAD. I can destroy browarod when he uses his E-Heroes but when it comes to DAD I always fall! Here's what happened in our Last Duel. I had a pretty Reliable defence with Marshmellon and Messenger of Peace in play. browarod suddenly summons DAD. Luckily there wasn't that much food for him. Then browarod pulled out his Trump Crad... A Flipped Morphing Jar giving him the food he needed to destroy me!

HORUS
banning Dimension Fusion and limiting RftDD severely lessens DMoC's power, which in turn makes DAD Return decks MUCH weaker. For DAD Decks, it used to be: 1 Dimension Fusion2 or sometimes 3 RftDD Now its just 1 RftDD, which makes the DAD Return deck not so much of a Return deck, and Return is only there for extra support/just in case kind of thing. Semi-limiting Allure makes it harder to get the one RftDD you have. But I think Allure should have been either limited or banned. So, even though DAD isnt even limited, these restriction severely weaken DAD decks. Of course, there's still 3 DDR...
Cyber Altair
yes, but DAD lost too much of it's support it isn't even funny anymore.
CrabHelmet
The only thing that this list means is that we can get crushed by a LIGHT Dragon instead of a DARK Dragon.

SephirothKirby
So...What now? I mean, what will win the meta? I want to make a Lightsworn deck (I'm buying two boxes the day it hits the street, the first time I've ever done so), but...There's so much speculation that Judgment Dragon will be banned. The hell are they making all these cards for if they're going to turn around and ban them?

The Dark One
Now, all we need is to have Judgment Dragon banned, and we will have a meta that, though fast, still gives a variety of decks a chance.
