Thomas★Zero Posted May 22, 2020 Report Share Posted May 22, 2020 Rise of the Ignis Spell Card Target 1 Link 3 or lower Cyberse Link Monster in your GY; Special Summon the targeted monster, also for the rest of this turn, you cannot Special Summon Monsters except Cyberse Monsters. If the Monster summoned by this effect is used as Link Material to Link Summon a Link 4 or higher Link Monster during the turn you activated this card: Draw 2 Cards.
