Kanashimi Posted May 20, 2020 Report Share Posted May 20, 2020 Saw Paleozoic and Golden Land the other day, hmm both looks interesting, so this idea came from those 2 archetypes, kinda mixing them up Archetype (Arcanum) based on the tarot cards of the arcana, main character is Rosamia, in which she is the arcana reader, she can level up into the clairvoyance, stronger, and has a useful removal, but last for 1 turn The Trap is the arcana card itself, ranging from The Hanged into The World etc, tho putting all of the arcana makes the Deck less consistent, so i put only few arcana, and also image source limitation from gbf. They can search up Rosamia for 1st eff, or 2nd eff their own effect based on the arcana, if controlling Rosamia, she can summon the avatar of the arcana itself much like persona series The Spell is the support, ranging from protection, quick activation of Trap during the turn it is Set etc i know arcana archetype already exist in ygo, but they are shitty imo Rosamia, Arcanum Reader EARTH/Level 4 Spellcaster/Effect If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can Set 1 "Arcanum" Trap from directly from your Deck, then, if you have more card(s) in your hand than your opponent, shuffle 1 card from your hand into the Deck. During the Main Phase, you can activate this effect: Activate 1 Set "Arcanum" Trap from your Spell/Trap Zone. You can only use each effect of "Rosamia, Arcanum Reader" once per turn. 1900/1200 Rosamia, Arcanum Clairvoyance EARTH/Level 7 Spellcaster/Effect Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned by its own effect or by the effect of "Arcanum" card. You can only activate 1 "The Tower, Robust Arcanum" per turn, and only once that turn. ● If you control no monster: Special Summon 1 "Rosamia, Arcanum Reader" from your hand, Deck or GY. ● Target 1 "Arcanum" monster you control and 1 monster your opponent controls; the first target gains ATK equal to the ATK of the second target until the End Phase, then, if you control a "Rosamia, Arcanum Reader", Special Summon this card as an Effect Monster (Rock/EARTH/Level 7/ATK 1200/DEF 2700) (this card is also still a Trap.) The Justice, Absolute Arcanum Trap/Normal Activate 1 of these effects. You can only activate 1 "The Justice, Absolute Arcanum" per turn, and only once that turn. ● If you control no monster: Special Summon 1 "Rosamia, Arcanum Reader" from your hand, Deck or GY. ● Target 3 cards from either GY or that is banished (including atleast 1 "Arcanum" card); shuffle them into the Deck, and if you do, draw 1 card, then, if you control a "Rosamia, Arcanum Reader", Special Summon this card as an Effect Monster (Fairy/WATER/Level 7/ATK 2300/DEF 1600) (this card is also still a Trap.) The Judgement, Evened Arcanum Trap/Normal Activate 1 of these effects. You can only activate 1 "The Judgement, Evened Arcanum" per turn, and only once that turn. ● If you control no monster: Special Summon 1 "Rosamia, Arcanum Reader" from your hand, Deck or GY. ● Target up to 2 Spell/Traps on the field; destroy them, then, if you control a "Rosamia, Arcanum Reader", Special Summon this card as an Effect Monster (Beast/EARTH/Level 7/ATK 1800/DEF 2100) (this card is also still a Trap.), also, if you destroy 2 cards this way, send 1 card you control or in your hand to the GY. Arcanum Readings of Fate Spell/Field You can reveal 1 Set "Arcanum" Trap in your Spell/Trap Zone; for the rest of this turn, card with the same name as the revealed card can be activated during the turn it is Set. You can only use this effect of "Arcanum Readings of Fate" once per turn. Each time an "Arcanum" card is Special Summoned: Place 1 Arcana Counter on this card (max. 4). You can remove 2 Arcanum Counter from this card, activate 1 of these effects. ● Draw 1 card. ● Target 1 card on the field; banish it. Arcanum Cast of Cards Spell/Continuous Activation and effects of "Arcanum" Trap cannot be negated. If an "Arcanum" monster you control would be destroyed by your opponent's card: You can Set it instead. You can target 1 "Arcanum" card you control; destroy it, and if you do, Set 1 "Arcanum" Trap directly from your Deck with a different names. You can only use each effects of "Arcanum Cast of Cards" once per turn. Arcanum Revoke of Truth Spell/Normal Target 1 "Arcanum" Trap from your GY; Set it to your field. During the Main Phase: You can banish this card from your GY, then target 1 "Arcanum" Trap from your GY; Set it to your field, but banish it when it leaves the field. You can only activate 1 "Arcanum Revoke of Truth" per turn. Arcanum Shot of Destiny Spell/Quick-Play If you control an "Arcanum" monster: Set all Effect Monsters on the field. During the Main Phase, except the turn this card was sent to the GY, if you control an "Arcanum" monster: You can banish this card from your GY, then, target 1 monster on the field; Set it. You can only use 1 effect of "Arcanum Shot of Destiny" per turn, and only once that turn.
