Once you do, open the picture on its own tab and use that url. The card maker only recognizes picture urls that have a picture file extension on the end (.png/.jpg). For example: If the url you are using has something like ".jpg/resize/blahblah", then just delete stuff so that it ends with ".jpg" and it should work.
