Rescue Rabbit, Unexpected Dai, Egotist all can summon out the Synchro easily

Control Harpies would be an interesting build

 

Jinzo is a rank 6 Big Eye that can situationally pop cards

 

Hundred Dragon is bad

Really good stuff, IMO. Jinzo is a Big Eye for the Rank6 pool, and Harpie Lady is generic Synchro8 quick disruption. It may not be Borreload Savage, but it doesn't need a Link in the GY to be live and can address monster threats already on board. I find amusing that you can Summon her with Harpie Pet Dragon + Level 1 monster too.
Hundred Dragon is the least impressive, but the effect may come in handy, IDK. The condition for the (2) effect is really flexible. Also it can become a decent Normal Summonable beater.

From a flavour standpoint, I suppose Jinzo - Layer being able to steal monsters makes sense given Espa Roba used Mind Control in the anime.
