Field Spell Card

Any of your cards on the field that are removed from play are placed on the top of this card face-up instead. The Field Card Zone is treaten as a Graveyard. You can use the cards on the top of this card as it is your own graveyard. Both players are allowed to look though the cards that are on the top of this card. If this would be destroyed by a card effect, you can remove from play the 5 top cards that are on this card to negate that effect and destroy it. If this card is removed from the field, remove from play all other cards that were on this card.

You can only activate this card if "Tomb of the Dead" is face-up on your side of the field. When activating this card, your opponent cannot check cards that are on "Tomb of the Dead", regardless of "Tomb of the Dead"'s effect. Your opponent calls the name of the first card found at the bottom of your Graveyard. If he/she calls it right the card is removed from play. If he/she calls it wrong, add that card to your hand.

Your opponent cannot check and/or select cards that are on your face-up "Tomb of the Dead".

 

Phantom Burst

Quick-Play Spell

You can only activate this card if "Tomb of the Dead" is face-up on your side of the field. Remove 3 cards on "Tomb of the Dead" from play to destroy 1 card on the field.

 

Dimension Destruction

Counter Trap

You can only activate this card if "Tomb of the Dead" is face-up on your side of the field while your opponent activates a card effect that removes cards from play. Negate the effect and destroy it. Afterwards, destroy all face-up cards on the field that have the effect of removing cards from play and your opponent takes Direct Damage equal to the number of cards of the destroyed cards destroyed by this effect x300.

 

Second Dead

You can Special Summon this card from your hand if "Tomb of the Dead" is face-up on the field. Once per turn, you can select 1 card in your graveyard or your deck and place it on "Tomb of the Dead". Shuffle your deck afterwards. When there is no "Tomb of the Dead" on the field, remove this card from play.

This is an interesting idea, I had a quick look through them and it seems ok. Only thing I will pick on for now is that with the effect of your "Dead's Wrath" card, when your opponent calls it right and removes your bottom card from play due to the effect of "Tomb of the Dead" it just goes back on the top of "Tomb of the Dead". Same thing with "Phantom Burst" actually. It's all because you say that when a card is removed from play it is placed on top of that card instead.

 

Here's my recommendation, just change your "Tomb of the Dead" to say "Any of your cards on the field that are removed from play by the effect of a card controlled by your opponent are placed on top of this card face-up instead." for your first sentence. I think the OCG is correct, not sure as nothing like it is in the card game. It's a good idea though, hope to see more from it.
