You can only use each of the following effects of "Photon Dragon Mage" once per turn. You can Tribute this card; Special Summon 1 "Galaxy-Eyes" monster from your hand or Graveyard. If this card is Summoned: You can apply the effect below for the rest of this turn. (If it resolves, you can apply the effect multiple times) *You can treat "Photon" and "Galaxy" monsters you control that have levels as Level 8 when Xyz Summoning.
