You can only Special Summon "Photon Healer" once per turn this way. You can banish this card from your GY, then target 1 "Photon" or "Galaxy" monster in your GY; Special Summon that target. Overall the card is rather simple, but from what I have seen of Galaxy/Photon, it should be effective. It provides summoning power for combos and whatnot.
