(Quick Effect) Once per turn: You can target 1 face-up card on the field; negate that target's effects until the end of this turn. Your opponent cannot activate any card effects in their GY. Ritual of Sealing This card is used to Ritual Summon "Spirit Banisher". You must also Tribute monsters from your hand or field whose total Levels equal 8 or more.
