Tinkerer
Unrelenting Force FIRE 10* Psychic/Effect This monster can attack directly. Once per turn: You can move this monster to an empty Main Monster Zone on your side of the field. If this card inflicts battle damage: Destroy all other cards in this card’s column. Neither player can activate cards or effects in response to this card’s Summon or effects. 2500/0 Just a rando card. I only decided to toss this in Casual because getting it onto the field would still be a pain.

If memory serves, it's only two Tributes to Tribute Summon Level 7+ monsters, and this monster doesn't have a special way to be Tribute Summoned compared to lots of Lv 9+. People Special Summons monsters that require 2 materials all the time, and although Special Summon >>> Tribute Summon, the protection effect of this guy should let it be Summoned consistently imo. How it can jump around hitting directly and destroying columns sounds pretty terrifying. I'm actually curious of what do you have in mind as this card's hypothetical artwork, "Unrelenting Force" is pretty ample for imagination ^_^. It's not super difficult to summon, but getting it on the field requires getting it into your hand/GY so it can be Special'd/Tribute Summoned. The card isn't part of an archetype nor is it conventionally searchable. For me, those are factors for "being a pain". Honestly, I'm not sure on the art. I was thinking of some kind of colored aether-type thing. Doesn't really look physical. How'd you picture it?

Since it's Psychic-Type, I thought of some kind of elderly humanoid in a state of trance, projecting blue psychic energy in the form of a unrelenting beast, possibly a bear or a tiger. Being a force and not a physical creature can explain why it can attack directly, but also why it has 0 DEF, as the main body is a frail man. Dramatic Crossroad
When i read it and considering its stats, i imagined something like "Gaia Soul the Combustible Collective", like some kind of unhinged entity that indiscriminately destroys stuff on either side of the field. I still think it would be somewhat unfair as it has no summoning requirements, even though it does not have the protection of "Earthbound Immortals" it doesn't have any restrictions either. How about something like: "Cannot attack unless there is at least 1 card in the same column as this card."
Tinkerer
I decided to lower its ATK. Between its lack of protection and near-unsearchability, I still think the card is not as crazy as it might look on paper. However, given the two comments I feel like I might have overestimated things. 5 hours ago, Dramatic Crossroad said: How about something like: "Cannot attack unless there is at least 1 card in the same column as this card." I'm probably not gonna use this particular restriction just because it... doesn't really do anything. The card can already change columns, so it can always move to one with an opponent's card. If the opponent doesn't have a card, then they are in a really bad position anyway. If the card's newly decreased ATK isn't enough, I could try to think of another kind of restriction.
