I Hate Snatch Steal Posted April 30, 2020 Report Share Posted April 30, 2020 Number S90: Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Lord Rank 8 LIGHT Warrior/Xyz/Effect 4000/4500 3 Level 8 LIGHT monsters You can also Xyz Summon this card by discarding 1 "Photon" or "Galaxy" card and using a "Number 90: Galaxy-Eyes Photon Lord" you control as the Xyz Material. (Trainsfer its materials to this card.) If this card is Xyz Summoned while it has "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" as any of its materials: All face-up monsters your opponent currently controls have their effects negated. Once per turn: You can detach 1 material from this card; this turn, this card gains 500 ATK and an additional attack during each Battle Phase for each monster your opponent controls that was special summoned from the extra deck. Also detach all materials from xyz monsters your opponent controls. If this card is destroyed by battle, or if this face-up card you control leaves the field because of an opponent's card effect while it has "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" as Xyz Material: You can Special Summon 1 "Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" from your extra deck (this is treated as an xyz summon) and attach the top card of your GY to it as a material.
