Yes, some are bound to understand eventually, Raven. ;)

My mother tongue is Portuguese (yes, the language actually does exist, and so does the country! :O); I also speak Spanish, English, French, a tiny bit of German and enough Japanese to survive if I ever get stranded in Tokyo. :P

On a side note, I would love to learn Italian. The language is simply beautiful to listen to, as is a true Englishman's english. I could listen to both for ours. Only difference being I wouldn't understand the Italian guy all that well unless he was talking about pasta. :P

Yes it is. I understand it more or less since it has many similarities with Portuguese (both Latin-derived), but can't speak not write at all, just read one sentence or another (like the one you just posted.)

I find italian to be a very... well, elegant language, at the lack of a better word. Melodic, almost. ;)

French, I don't like. I can speak it and write it fairly well, but when I hear somebody speaking it, it sounds so pretentious...

My God, you are a show-off, but I refuse to call you "frimeuse" due to similarities with "fromage". :P

Then again Luxembourg is a tiny little country surrounded by a bunch of other countries, so I'm guessing that's why you talk a bit of everything? ;)

(and by all means, feel free to post everything in italian from here on! :P)

A show-off? Nah, not really, I'm merely having fun with this thread^.^

But yeah, you're right in saying that Luxembourg is a tiny hole;)
