If you control only "HERO" monsters, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand.) You can only Special Summon "Elemental HERO Overheat" once per turn this way. At the start of the damage step, if this card battles an opponents monster: Destroy that monster and this card, and if you do, inflict damage to your opponent equal to original ATK of the opponents monster that was destroyed this way. You can banish this card from your GY; add 1 "Polymerization" Spell Card or "Fusion" Spell Card from your Deck or GY to your hand, also you cannot Special Summon monsters from your Extra Deck except "HERO" monsters this turn. You can only use each effect of "Elemental HERO Overheat" once per turn.

So Overheat is a Elemental HERO that acts as a Backup Secertary of the Deck where it can summon itself plus once per turn if it battles an opponents monster you can have it and the opponents monster destroy each other to deal damage to your opponent equal to the destroyed monsters original ATK. Lastly its effect in the grave allows you to search and recycle Fusion Spells but locks you into HERO's that turn.
