You can only Special Summon "Blue Potan" once per turn this way. If this card is used as Synchro Material for a Synchro Summon: Special Summon 1 "Potan" monster from your hand or Deck. You can only use this effect of "Blue Potan" once per turn. ATK/100 DEF/200 So with the reveal of Red Potan and how it makes Potan into a Archetype I decided to make Blue Potan where it can summon itself if you control a Tuner monster and can summon a Potan monster from your Deck if itself is used as Synchro Material.
