I've only run Plants in an obscure Plant/Angel Counter deck before, but here goes:

 

Need:

3 x Lord Poison: Best when rammed into opponents.

1 x Yubel 3: Though I'm not too sure, since Yubel 2 is pretty much the most annoying Yubel.

Others - Limit Rebirth, Arm. Knight etc.

 

Don't need:

A lot of spells and traps. Also, some of your monster choices are iffy.

Sorry I have got monster reborn in it I just forgot to write it in cause I wasn't sure if it was still banned, but my deck's made from what I have (which isn't much) and there are a few cards I haven't been able to get my hands on, anyway a lot of my good cards are in my Gladiator Beast, Crystal Beast and Arcana Force decks.
