Captain Corned Beef
It might help your deck if you put in a Marshmallon or a few more attack blocking cards, like sakuretsu armor or magic cylinder and you also can't go wrong with a lightning vortex. Those cards are the ones I put in every deck.

ben7922
Am I the only one that gives constructive ideas besides stating do this or that without any actual ideas?I'll try -both Light Spiral, removing the top cards doesn't help you quick enough for lightsworn monsters-Cylinder, not helpful for lightsworn. They should be on the offense the entire duel if build it correctly. You should redo the spell line-up-Magical Mallet, Deck lockdown, Magical Blast, Swords of Revealing light, NoC, Giant Trunade, both Foolish Burial, Ribbon of Rebirth, and RotA. None of these cards will help the deck as mush as you'd like.-DUCKER, flips are way too slow-Snipe Hunter, Lightsworn are meant to mill not discard.-Herald of Creation, better faster choices out there-Marshmallon, side him perhaps but not main. Lightsworn shouldn't stall. +As many Solar Recharge as possible, good draw power and milling+A third Realm of Light, you should mill ALOT+One more Glorious Illusion, why not more CotH?+The Transmigration Prophecy, could help your grave and disrupt the opponents These some suggestions and total to 38 ATMYou can add the finishing touch and the monster line-up is up to youCelestia=Lightsworn monarch + millGragonith can be VERY strong later onLumina=Zombie Master of LightswornJain=2100ATK offensivelyAurkus=Lord of D. of lightswornGaroth, no comparison but mills plenty with other lightlords+drawsPray you mill Wulf, but strongest for Lumina to summonLyla=solid 4 star, other effect is over rated but useful when you need itJudgement Dragon, props for getting two at this pointEhren=good side decker for opponent Defense monsters(perhaps one in deck)I forgot the flip guy, but he's interesting Have fun with this deck! CrabHelmet
Am I the only one that gives constructive ideas besides stating do this or that without any actual ideas? Oops, yeah, I forgot, saying that doing something would make the deck better isn't providing anything constructive. Yeah, that's right. Somehow. Yeah. The Dark One
Aurkas is absolutely horrible. Is Solar Recharge the TCG name for Solar Exchange? 3 Lumina is a must3 Garoth is a must3 Wulf is a must You should be running at least 2 each of Lyla and Ryko. (preferably 3 Ryko)Jain and Ehren aren't bad, but aren't necessarily a requirement. Stil, they provide more fodder for Judgment. Celestia is good, but doesn't actually directly fit the swarm theme or the OTK theme. Gragonith is good, but again isn't necessary to OTK. Still, I prefer to run at least 2 of Gragonith. Celestia is up in the air.

CrabHelmet
Also, if your deck does run out of cards, you DESERVE to lose. >_>
