This cards name becomes "Toon World" while on the field. Once per turn: You can Special Summon 1 Toon monster from your hand or GY. You must control no monsters in order to activate and resolve this effect. If a Toon monster or a "Toon" Spell/Trap card would be destroyed by a card effect, you can banish this card from your GY instead. So Open Book of Toon World acts like the original Toon World card but plays more like Vahalla, hall of the fallen where it can summon a Toon from your hand or GY while you control no monsters. Finally this card can protect your Toon cards from being destroyed by card effects by banishing itself where it also can protect your Toon Kingdom.
