Send to the Graveyard 2 Spellcaster-Type monsters on your side of the field that are equal to 8stars so that you can Special Summon "Ultimate Spellcaster" from your hand Deck or Graveyard

this card can be Ritual Summoned by doing the commands on "Dynasty Summoning". When this card is in the Graveyard Special Summon 1 level 6 or lower Spellcaster from your hand Deck or Graveyard
