Thomas★Zero
Rush Reborn Trap Card If you control no monster, you can activate this card from your hand. Target 1 Level 4 or lower monster in your GY; Special Summon the targeted monster, then, the summoned monster gains ATK and DEF equal to its Level x 200 until the End Phase that turn. You can only activate 1 "Rush Reborn" per turn. So Rush Reborn acts as a faster Back to the front for Level 4 or lower monsters while also giving them a minor power boost which can be both effective for offensive and defensive players where Level 4 monsters can gain a 800 boost to their ATK and DEF for the turn it was summoned. Darj
It's more like Powerful Rebirth than Back to the Frontlines, actually, and it's better at that. I have mixed feelings towards this because while I like the card, I don't like that it outclasses Powerful Rebirth so badly; if only Powerful Rebirth wasn't a thing, this wouldn't be an issue. I can only think of bouncing the monster at the end of the turn so Powerful Rebirth keeps some sort of niche, but that would be a sucky nerf on this card. Or perhaps summoning it in Defense Position so it's more of a defensive and combo card than an offensive one?
Darj
It was brought to my attention the Level-increasing effect of Powerful Rebirth, which has applications for Synchro and Xyz Summoning. That means that Trap retains a niche, and this then should be good to go.
