You can only use the following effects of "Dragonmaid Bramcher" once per turn. * You can discard this card; Add 1 "Dragonmaid" Spell/Trap card from your GY to your hand. * At the end of the Battle Phase: You can return this card to your hand, and if you do, Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Dragonmaid" monster from your hand. ATK/2800 DEF/1800 So Bramcher is the Dragon form of the DARK Dragonmaid where the maid form searches the Spell/Traps while the Dragon form can recycle them allowing you to reuse any Dragonmaid Spell/Traps that you have already used. In addition to this it also allows you to revert it back into any of the maids from your hand instead of it being limited to Chamber which is a Level 4.
