Happy 2020, folks. Here's what I've been working on this Year's Eve.

 

DARK/Fairy-Type Pendulum Effect Monster/Level 3/1300 ATK/900 DEF

Scales: 0/0

Pendulum Lore: You can destroy 1 DARK Fairy monster you control; add 1 "Blight of the Light Bringer" or "Edict of the Light Eradicator" from your Deck to your hand. You can only use this effect of "Light Cutter Xaphan" once per turn. 

Lore: If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can banish 1 card from your hand; apply 1 of these effects (but you cannot apply that same effect of "Light Cutter Xaphan" again this turn).
● Special Summon 1 DARK Fairy monster from your hand, except a Pendulum Monster, and if you do, it becomes Level 3, also this card becomes a Tuner.
● Special Summon 1 DARK Level 6 monster from your GY, then this card becomes Level 6.
● Special Summon 1 "Light Bringer Lucifer" from your Deck, then this card becomes Level 6.

 

DARK/Fairy-Type Ritual Effect Monster/Level 6/2600 ATK/1800 DEF 

Lore: You can Ritual Summon this card with "Blight of the Light Bringer". If this card is is Ritual Summoned, declares an attack, or leaves the field by a card effect, you can: Immediately after this effect resolves, apply 1 of these effects (but you cannot apply that same effect of "Light Acquirer Beelzebub" again this turn).
● Tribute Summon 1 "Light Bringer Lucifer", by Tributing monsters your opponent controls.
● Inflict 400 damage to your opponent for each Fairy monster in your GY.
● Add 1 "Light Bringer Lucifer" from your Deck to your hand, then draw 1 card.
 

DARK/Fairy-Type Fusion Effect Monster/Level 6/2600 ATK/1800 DEF 

Lore: 1 DARK monster + 1 Fairy monster
If a monster(s) is Special Summoned: You can pay 800 LP; apply 1 of these effects (but you cannot apply that same effect of "Light Eradicator Saitan" again this turn).
● Your opponent takes damage equal to the ATK or DEF (whichever is higher) of 1 face-up monster they control (their choice), also after that, destroy that monster.
● You take no further damage this turn.
● Add 1 of your "Light Bringer Lucifer" that is either banished or in your GY to your hand.

 

DARK/Fairy-Type Synchro Effect Monster/Level 6/2600 ATK/1800 DEF 

Lore: 1 DARK Tuner + 1+ non-Tuner Fairy monsters
If a monster(s) is targeted for an attack or by a card effect (Quick Effect): You can make this card lose exactly 300 DEF; apply 1 of these effects (but you cannot apply that same effect of "Light Devourer Leviathan" again this turn).
● Equip 1 monster with 2500 or more ATK from either GY to this card (max. 1).
● Banish 1 monster equipped to this card, and if you do, this card gains its effects.
● Special Summon 1 of your banished "Light Bringer Lucifer".

 

DARK/Fairy-Type Xyz Effect Monster/Rank 6/2600 ATK/1800 DEF 

Lore: 2+ Level 6 DARK monsters and/or Fairy monsters
Up to thrice per turn, as Chain Link 3 (Quick Effect): You can detach 1 material from this card or discard 1 DARK Fairy monster;  apply 1 of these effects (but you cannot apply that same effect of "Light Forger Belphegor" again this turn).
● This turn, 1 face-up monster currently on the field cannot activate its effects.
● This turn, 1 face-up Spell/Trap currently on the field has its effects negated.
● This turn, all "Light Bringer Lucifer" on the field gain 2600 ATK and lose 3 Levels.

 

Quick-Play Spell Card 

Lore: If you control a DARK Fairy monster: Activate 1 of these effects.
● Fusion Summon 1 "Light Eradicator Saitan" from your Extra Deck, by using monsters either player controls as Fusion Materials.
● Tribute monsters from your hand or field whose total Levels equal 6, then Ritual Summon 1 "Light Acquirer Beelzebub" from your hand or Deck.
If a Level 6 or lower DARK Fairy monster(s) you control is destroyed by battle or card effect: You can banish this card from your GY; draw 2 cards. You can only use each effect of "Blight of the Light Bringer" once per turn.

 

Continuous Trap Card 

Lore: You can only control 1 "Edict of the Light Eradicator". When this card is activated: You can Special Summon 1 Level/Rank 6 DARK Fairy monster from your GY, or 1 "Light Cutter Xaphan" from your face-up Extra Deck, but it cannot attack directly or be targeted for attacks. The effects of all DARK Fairy monsters you control cannot be negated. Once per turn, if a DARK Fairy Ritual, Fusion, Synchro or Xyz Monster is Special Summoned to your field: You can Set 1 "Blight of the Light Bringer" directly from your GY, but banish it when it leaves the field, also it can be activated this turn.
