This card is treated as "Elemental HERO Flame Wingman" while on the field or in your GY. Cannot be destroyed by battle. At the start of the damage step, if this card battles an opponents monster whose ATK is higher than this cards ATK: Increase this cards ATK by 1000 during damage calculation only. If this card destroys a monster by battle: Inflict 1000 points of damage to your opponent. ATK/2100 DEF/1200 So a Neo New Flame Wingman that takes elements from both the OG Wingman, Phoenix Enforcer and adds Skyscrapers boosting effects on to itself.
