Crazy Train - ALL ABOAAAARD!!!

I recently made a Generaider Deck, so I figured I would make a card that supports them a bit, and that card is a LINK-1 monster. So simply, it is a DARK monster on the field, it gains the ATK of the monster used for its Link Summon, and you can Tribute a monster it points to and destroy a card in its column, then move it to the Main Monster Zone, also it becomes a Quick Effect if the monster is a Level/Rank 9 or higher. I tried to make it so it also works for Trains, though that isn't the main focus here, but since they are Level 10s usually, I figured I would throw that in there as well.

BTW, you may have seen I have made some cards and Archetypes using the new Master Rules, however I plan to avoid doing that until we have more information and/or they are implemented into the actual game, so this card still follows the current rules, as noted by the "standard" in the tags.
