You can only use the (1) and (2) effects of this card’s name once per turn.
(1) If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can send 1 Fairy monster from your Deck or Extra Deck to the GY, and if you do, increase the Level of this card by that monster’s Level until the end of this turn.
(2) If this card is Tributed: You can Special Summon 1 Level 2 or lower Fairy monster from your hand or Deck, except “Diviner of the Heralds”.

Aw man, this ALMOST makes Eva usable.

I suppose the obvious play is to send Herald of the Arc Light then search for Herald of Perfection / a Ritual Spell, but... This might turn into an Archlord Kristya turbo card.

Hahaha, yeah, don't even say it. My waifu collection just keeps increasing never-ending, but the pace at which they're released is faster than ever (to take advantage of idiotic guys like myself, I guess). Anyway, I just hope this hits the TCG, this herald will be a fine addition.

if it comes out anywhere, it could be duel overload.

As far as uses, you can run this in cyber angels to send that lv2 searcher, whose name i forgot.

there's also demise.deck, where you can send any of ruins forms to get some of the bricks out the way early. especially seeing as impcantations would let you recur them fast regardless.

You may also be able to get a nepthys deck off the ground with this, as sending arc light increases the overall plusses by granting you access to level 6 draw variety synchros, like charge warrior and coral dragon. on top of that, this as the normal summon means you don't have to pop as many cards in your own hand to get started on your combos.

Hmm Maybe there's a way to use her in World Chalice since the Fairy returns itself to the hand.
As for the Heralds themselves, it is one of the things that it seems to NOT support considering the original ones are hand traps, and the Rituals need discard fodder. Special Summon is always a good thing but I'd like for these cards to prioritize supporting their main theme before the rest..... and this isn't really helping extend on its own to aid in pulling out the Xyz or the Synchro. It ditches them but that's not using them in their full capabilities. Which btw, can it even send the Xyz or does it need the fetched card to have a Level to increase into?

I'd like for the original 3 Heralds to get some sort of Salvage or "search 2 out of the 3" engine, or "1 of your choice + 1 fodder vanilla" or something like that, which could be repeated every turn... and/or a Miracle Fusion-like for their Extra Deck. I should probably go to the drawing board for that idea.....
