OCG = Official Card Grammar, the way in which your effect is worded. If your card effect is not worded as it would be on an official card, your card is said to contain OCG errors / Bad OCG.

 

For the Realistic Section your card OCG should be near pefect as can possibly be, or at least acceptable.

 

Not only OCG exists, but so does general card Grammar, Caps and spaces and commas etc.

Ah but if you use common sense people would not be asking what OCG is unless its been used on card ratings, therefore they are asking in terms of ratings, what OCG is, which is Grammar and not Game.
