When this card is activated, send all WATER monster on the field to the graveyard. Neither player can Summon or activate an effect of a WATER monster. During either player's Standby Phase: The turn player must send 1 WATER monster from their hand to the GY; otherwise, they take 1000 Damage. Just a few minor corrections. Also, I don't believe in completely shutting down the opponent unless the card is intentionally OP (even then it shouldn't completely shut down the opppnent).
