I've been seeing that Grand Theft Auto 4 for the Xbox 360 and PS3 was getting phenomenal reviews. Heck, on Gamerankings.com (which averages the scores for all the gaming site), it stands higer than Ocarina of Time. OCARINA OF TIME. Yes, you heard me correctly. Which makes me curious. Is the game REALLY that good? Or is it just another case of "Here's a ****load of cash. Make a perfect review. NAO."?

What are u guess talking about its like the best gta game ever and it probly will when game of the year. even for me a non-gta fan love it. Gta 4 is now 1 of my favorite games and im only 7 hours into the game it self and several hours online. it the online i cant see any repeditiveness to it. if u dont like something like death match, go to raceing, if u dont like that, got to theft, if u dont like that stick to ur super smash bros and stop playing good games. XD

I'm having a difficult time reading that. But I think I get what you're saying.

 

I personally think that it would be the best GTA game, but not the best game ever.

On the subject, did anyone hear of the release of Mario Kart wii? No. GTA completely destroyed the sales!

1) Hm...maybe. Of course, it's all up to the general public.

2)True about Mario Kart Wii. From what I've heard, it's actually the worst of the Mario Kart games (but it's still a good game).

[/quote']Halo failz anyway so go figure. Gears of War already destroyed Halo, and Gears of War 2 will do it all over, lol. Personally I'm gonna wait a while before buying anything to be honest, but GTA4 is defiantly one of the games I intend to buy/play, thing is I'm pretty hyped about other games such as Kingdom Hearts 3, DBZ: Burst Limit and so forth. :P

Not really. While GTA might have done that here in the U.S., the rest world has had the game out for some time now (4/10 in JP, 4/11 EU, 4/24 AU), and has had great sales world wide.

This is true. I don't know why the U.S. got it last when we normally get it second. If anything they should have released it a week earlier.

 

True, but the links I posted both talked about the sales of the game when it first came out.

I've played it and I have to say it probably is one of the best games I have ever played, it shows exactly what Next-Gen consolse are made to do, and whoever said that it is better than Halo-2, a small word of advice, any game is better than that overated hunk of poo.

 

OBTW you can catch me on Live as Chairfighter.
