zelda_tp_fan
take out the armed dragon cards you could probably do with taking out the cyber dark cards... meh, I'm no good with dragon decks... Not to sure if you should take anything else out... don't know what you should put in either...
CrabHelmet
You've got too many themes here - Armed Dragon, Horus, and Cyberdarks. There's a bit of synergy between Cyberdarks and Armed Dragons, but Horus doesn't fit.
RiffMaster Alex
Thanks. I knew they didn't fit too well, but they really screw my opponent's over in a lot of cases.
Flame Dragon
First let me ask. What do you want to center on. Armed Dragon, Horus, of Cyberdarks. Pick one, than I'll see what I can think of.
Guest Chaos Pudding
I would just ignore Dragon decks until REDRUM comes out in the TCG.

JesusofChaos™
Your traps suck badly take them all out except for mirror force and add Torrential Tribute and 3 solemn judgements also hammer shot should be taken out for monster reborn and mages power for premature burial

The Dark One
Armed Dragons are a very poor deck type if used alone. I would suggest going with an Armed Cyberdark build. I posted a version of it a while ago. Two of each Cyberdark, 3 Armed Dragon Level 3, 2 Armed Dragon Level 5, and 1 level 7, for starters. Also, run 3 Masked Dragons, 1 Twin-headed Behemoth. The basic fusion cards. Future Fusion and Cyberdark Impact! (You can use Overload Fusion if you don't have Impact, then you may also want to include Dimension Fusion.) these are just a few starter cards. I'll see if I can find you a list.
