(2) If this face-up card you control leaves the field because of an opponent’s effect, or is destroyed by battle: You can Special Summon 1 “Neos Wiseman” from your hand or Deck, ignoring its Summoning conditions.

Note: This card’s name comes from Kluger, as in the German word, sorta, for Wiseman.

Oh. Huh.

What this card tells me is that in Duel Links "Neos Fusion" will probably not get hit in any capacity until this card gets released in the tcg (and then ported into DL).

But no seriously, this is great Yubel support. Neos Fusion's now here to help unbrick the hands, bring out ATK burners, and float into more indestrucible ATK burners.

Seriously nice, though the Neos Fusion limitation could come to haunt it if it leaves the field on the turn its brought out with it. Though, Yubel is arguably less of a brick than, say, Rainbow /Dark/ Dragon. At least you can hardcast it. 

Still though, 8.5/10. Here's to many more.
