You can target 1 "Utopia" monster you control; equip this monster on the field to the target. It gains 1500 ATK. If the monster equipped with this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage. During your Main Phase while this card is in your Spell/Trap Card Zone: You can Destroy this card; Special Summon 2 "ZW" monsters from your Deck with the same Level in Defense Position, but their effects are negated. For the rest of this turn  after this effect resolves, you cannot summon monsters from your Extra Deck except Xyz monsters. You can only use this effect of "ZW - Undine Lancer" once per turn. You can only control 1 "ZW- Undine Lancer".

So Undine Lancer is a ZW Link for Utopia where not only can it equip to Utopia for a 4000 ATK beatstick but you can destroy this card in your Spell/Trap zone in order to bring out 2 same Leveled ZW monsters like Lighting Blade and Tornado Bringer from your Deck to the field to bring out Leo Arms.
