You can only use this effect of "Xtra HERO Rockin' Rocketeer" once per turn.

So Rockin' Rocketeer is a Link 2 Xtra HERO that with Left and Right Link Markers can both move itself and other HERO monsters in to different zones to make effective use of Fusion Summoning HERO monsters off its arrows. In addition this card also allows you to make one of your HERO's it points to gain the ability to attack directly for half the damage.

Lastly this card is based off the Kamen Rider Forze with its rocket themed design.
