Your opponent cannot activate cards or effects in response to the activation of this effect. If this card has "Number 104: Masquerade" as an Xyz material, it gains the following effects effects.

* Once per turn when your opponent activates a monster effect (Quick Effect): you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; Negate that cards effects and destroy it, and if you do, send cards from the top of your opponents Deck to the GY equal to the destroyed monsters Level/Rank/Link Rating.

* Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; send the top card of your opponents Deck to the GY, then, if that card is a monster, send cards from the top of your opponents Deck to the GY equal to that cards Level.

During your Main Phase: you can pay half your LP; Special Summon 1 Rank 4 or lower "Number" monster from your Extra Deck, then, attach up to 2 "Umbral Horror" monsters in your GY to the summoned monster as Xyz Material (This Special Summon is treated as a Xyz Summon.) For the rest of the turn after this effect resolves, you cannot summon monsters from your Extra Deck except "Number" Xyz monsters. You can only use this effect of "Umbral Horror Desbear" once per turn. If this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing Battle Damage.
